Yes. Free provides one active team site per owner account, with rosters, schedules, results, player pages, core statistics, game tracking, and site management.
Plus includes everything in Free, adds Game Review and private coaching notes, and lets authorized coaches save up to 5 short clips and 10 captured frames per game from local game videos, with captions and annotations. Full game recordings stay on the coach’s device; only the clips and frames they save are uploaded. Use MP4 (H.264 recommended), WebM, or other browser-supported formats for best compatibility. Plus also removes Stats Beaver-served ads, unlocks custom branding and mobile app identity, preserves completed Plus seasons as basic read-only archives, and retains saved video clips and frames for 2 years after archival.
Pro is the advanced coaching tier. It doubles the Game Review media limits to 10 short clips and 20 captured frames per game, and includes every other Plus benefit along with advanced analytics, trends, shot quality, reporting tools, read-only access to those Analytics pages in completed Pro seasons, and saved video clips and frames retained for 5 years after archival. Pro also lets site owners invite approved team and goalie trainers with secure, read-only access to the team information and review tools they need.
Yes. On Plus team sites, authorized coaches can save up to 5 short clips and 10 captured frames per game. Pro raises those limits to 10 short clips and 20 captured frames per game. Coaches can add captions and annotations and revisit saved media with that game’s review. For best compatibility, use MP4 (H.264) or other browser-supported formats. The original source video stays on the coach’s device; only the saved clips and frames are uploaded.
Free seasons are not archived. Completed Plus seasons retain read-only team pages and Game Review, while completed Pro seasons also retain read-only Analytics. Saved Game Review video clips, frames, captions, and annotations are permanently deleted 2 years after a Plus site is archived or 5 years after a Pro site is archived; the other archive data remains read-only. Upgrade a Free site before starting its next season if you want to preserve it.
Sites completed on eligible Plus and Pro plans remain available as read-only archives unless the administrator requests removal, the Terms require removal, or applicable law requires otherwise. Saved video clips, captured frames, captions, and annotations are permanently deleted 2 years after Plus archival or 5 years after Pro archival; coaching notes and other archived team data remain available read-only.
Plus is $39 USD per team site per year and Pro is $89 USD per team site per year, plus applicable taxes determined at checkout from the billing location. Stripe may present and charge an eligible customer in their local currency using its current conversion rate and included conversion adjustment. Plus and Pro are billed annually and renew automatically until cancelled. The purchase date establishes the annual renewal date; starting a new hockey season does not reset it, and the active subscription carries into the next seasonal site. Manage your subscription from Account > Billing. A Plus-to-Pro upgrade charges the prorated difference immediately after crediting unused Plus time and keeps the same renewal date. A Pro-to-Plus downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, and you can remove the pending downgrade before then by choosing Keep Pro.

Analytics requires an active Pro plan for a current site or a completed Pro season archive. Site owners and administrators can use the analytics tools and invite other accounts with Analytics Viewer access.
For a site without billing history, choose Plus or Pro on this page, sign in, and complete secure Stripe Checkout; enter any eligible coupon or promotion code there before paying. An eligible Plus site's first Pro upgrade automatically includes the 2026 early-bird offer when completed before October 1, 2026. Account > Billing shows Stripe's discounted prorated estimate before payment. Plans are assigned per team site, so one account can manage sites on different plans.
